RFP: Architectural & Engineering Services – New Village Administration Building

The Village of Sister Bay is seeking qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide full design services for a new Village Administration Building. The selected firm will develop architectural and engineering plans, prepare complete construction drawings, participate in on‑site assessments, and support the Village through the construction bidding process. The project site is located at 2313 Mill Road, the former Village Maintenance building, which will be removed prior to construction.

Proposal Deadline: June 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM CST

Proposals may be submitted electronically as a PDF or delivered to the Village Administrative Office at 2383 Maple Dr., PO Box 769, Sister Bay, WI 54234.

All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by May 22, 2026, with official responses posted on the Village website by May 29, 2026, ensuring equal access to all interested firms.

The RFP document includes project background, required submission materials, evaluation criteria, and a detailed needs assessment outlining the space, technology, accessibility, and functional requirements for the future administration facility.

Village of Sister Bay – Invitation to Bid: Cold Storage Building Improvements

The Village of Sister Bay is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for improvements to the Cold Storage Building located at 2160 Autumn Court. The base project includes roof replacement and soffit painting, with optional bid alternates for siding replacement, siding refurbishment, and a potential shuttle bus carport addition.

Bids are due Friday, May 15, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

Bidders may submit proposals either in person/mail to 2383 Maple Drive, Sister Bay, WI 54234, or electronically to [email protected]. Optional site visits are available through May 8, 2026, by coordinating with the Project Manager.

The Village will review bids for qualifications, responsiveness, and price, with formal review scheduled by the Parks, Property & Streets Committee on June 1, 2026, followed by potential Village Board award on June 16, 2026.
