Marina Maintenance Technician

This is a part-time, seasonal position.  This person is responsible for general maintenance and maintenance projects at the Sister Bay Marina.  The work schedule may involve evenings, weekends, and some holiday hours.  Marina maintenance includes basic carpentry, painting, plumbing repair, and electrical repairs or trouble-shooting.  Starting pay is $20 per hour.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years of age.  Employee should be experienced in carpentry and basic maintenance.  Job description at the link below:

Seasonal Parks Mowing Crewmember

The Village of Sister Bay is seeking qualified candidates for the Seasonal Parks Mowing Crewmember position. This seasonal role runs approximately from May 4, 2026 through October 23, 2026, working 24 hours per week. The position receives directions from the Parks and Streets Director.

The personnel in this position will perform a variety of general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the Village, including work on grass cutting, trimming, leaf pickup, mower equipment maintenance and repair, trimming equipment maintenance and repair, litter pickup, tree branch pickup, and transport duties. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and must possess a valid driver’s license. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently under the supervision of the Parks and Streets Director. The candidate should also possess strong communication skills and work well with other staff and the general public. Hourly wage is $16 - $18, depending on qualifications. Seasonal Public Works Technician

The Village of Sister Bay is seeking qualified candidates for the Seasonal Public Works Technician position. This seasonal role runs approximately from May 4, 2026 through October 23, 2026, working 40 hours per week with weekend rotations as assigned. The position receives directions from the Parks and Streets Director.

The personnel in this position will perform a variety of general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the Village, including work on streets, storm sewers, equipment, grounds, buildings, parks, and the marina. Duties also include support for community events and related assignments as needed. Please refer to the job description for additional details.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and must possess a valid driver’s license. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently under the supervision of the Parks and Streets Director. The candidate should also possess strong communication skills and work well with other staff and the general public. Hourly wage is $21.00 to $24.00, depending on qualifications.
