Notice of Temporary Boardwalk Closure Due to Reconstruction
Starting in late February, the Sister Bay Marina will begin the work of rebuilding the main wooden boardwalk between Piers D & J. The location has been identified below.
The purpose of this project is to enhance safety, durability, and the overall experience along the waterfront. Once completed, the new boardwalk will provide a refreshed and improved space for everyone to enjoy.
This project requires careful removal and reconstruction of the existing dock structure. During this time, sections of the waterfront walkway will be inaccessible to the public. Marina Staff understand that the boardwalk is a cherished daily walking route for many residents, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while we complete these necessary improvements.
We would like to inform our visitors and community members that the marina boardwalk will be temporarily closed due to scheduled construction and improvements. For safety reasons, we kindly ask that residents acknowledge posted signage, do not disrupt temporary barriers, and not enter the construction areas.
We anticipate the project will be completed by the end of March. Updates will be posted on our website and social media channels as the project progresses.
Thank you for your continued support of the Sister Bay Marina! For questions, please contact our office at (920) 854-4457 or [email protected].
