Wisconsin Public Service message regarding an anticipated power outage in Sister Bay:
Village of Sister Bay's electric service will be interrupted at the request of the American Transmission Company on Tuesday October 6th at approximately 11:30PM to Wednesday October 7th at approximately 3:30AM while they upgrade their system to provide more reliable service to our area.
In the event of weather or other unforeseen delays, the service interruptions will take place Wednesday October 7th at approximately 11:30PM to Thursday October 8th at approximately 3:30AM.
Please take the steps necessary to protect anyone who has a critical medical condition at your property. Also, we encourage you to turn off any sensitive electronics such as computers, to open or close power garage doors as needed, and to protect your perishable food items.
