The Zoning Department is responsible for all aspects of zoning. Inspections and Permits allow the enforcement of zoning codes which have been adopted as law by the State, or Village. No matter what the specific project may be, the enforcement of zoning codes is carried out to protect the public health, safety and welfare of the Village. In Sister Bay, the Zoning Administrator is also the Code Enforcement Officer.

Pursuant to Wisconsin Act 391, The Village hereby gives notice to all property owners that wish to receive notice of Proposed Ordinances which may affect the use of their properties within the Zoning Jurisdiction of the Village of Sister Bay, may receive such notice by signing up to receive Plan Commission agendas and packet materials by emailing [email protected].
