BILLING CONCERNS

The Utilities Clerk is available to answer billing questions by phone Monday through Thursday between 7:30am and 3:30pm and Friday between 7:30am and 12:00pm by calling 920-854-2246 or emailing [email protected].

WATER & SEWER CONCERNS

Utilities employees are available to assist with concerns in the field. Please call the Wastewater Treatment Plant Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 3:00pm at 920-854-2246 to make an appointment.

PRIVATE WELL TESTING

In order to prevent unused, unsafe, or improperly constructed wells from serving as a passageway for contaminated surface or near surface waters to our drinking water supply, it is required that all private wells be tested and permitted every five years.

Safe water testing bottles and forms can be obtained at the following location:
