Sister Bay Utilities currently bills for water and sewer services quarterly. Billing cards are mailed out by the tenth day of the month following the end of each calendar quarter. Example: Customer usage for the first quarter is calculated from January 1st through March 31st, and billing cards will be mailed by April 10th.

The Utilities Clerk is available to answer billing questions by phone Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 4:00pm at 920-854-4118. Questions can also be sent to [email protected] at any time.

DIRECT PAY

If you are interested in our Direct Pay option, please complete, sign, and return the Direct Authorization Form (link below) with a voided check to the Utilities. Once your information has been verified, the reminder “DO NOT PAY, DEDUCTED ON DUE DATE” will appear on your billing card and the total will automatically be deducted from your checking account on the due date.

CONSUMER CONFIDENCE REPORTS

A Consumer Confidence Report, (CCR), is required by the Federal Environmental Protection Agency, (EPA). The report must be prepared and made available by all community water systems in order to provide information concerning water quality for the previous monitoring year. This report identifies detected contaminants, compliance with drinking water rules, and educational language; it is based on information reported to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, (DNR). DIRECT PAY

If you are interested in our Direct Pay option (withdraws directly from your bank account), please complete, sign, and return the Direct Authorization Form (link below) with a voided check to the Utilities. Once your information has been verified, the reminder “DO NOT PAY, DEDUCTED ON DUE DATE” will appear on your billing card and the total will automatically be deducted from your checking account on the due date.

BILLING CONCERNS

WATER & SEWER CONCERNS

 

Utilities employees are available to assist with concerns in the field. Please call the Wastewater Treatment Plant Monday through Friday between 7:00am and 3:00pm at 920-854-2246 to make an appointment.

 

PRIVATE WELL TESTING

 

In order to prevent unused, unsafe, or improperly constructed wells from serving as a passageway for contaminated surface or near surface waters to our drinking water supply, it is required that all private wells be tested and permitted every five years.

Safe water testing bottles and forms can be obtained at the following locations:

  • The Sister Bay Wastewater Treatment Plant (Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm)
