During a busy election year, you may find voter registration forms and absentee ballot request forms in your mailbox.  These mailings are not from your municipal clerk, even though they may appear to be.  They are sent by special interest groups and the pre-filled voter information on the forms is often outrageously inaccurate.  To ensure you are properly registered or to apply for an absentee ballot, please visit myvote.wi.gov or contact the Clerk’s Office (2383 Maple Dr) by emailing [email protected].

Polling Place: Sister Bay Liberty Grove South Fire Station – 2258 Mill Road
Hours: 7:00 AM to 8:00pm on Election Days.
Pre-Register at the Administration Office – 2383 Maple Drive  – Mondays through Thursdays 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Fridays 8:00 A.M. to Noon (not available the Monday before an election)

All qualified Village residents who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to vote, but they must be registered. It is possible to register at the polls, but if you would like to pre-register please contact Julie Thyssen, the Village Clerk, by the Friday before the election. You will be required to present photo identification and one form of proof of residency.  This proof must contain your name and street address, not a Post Office box number. Acceptable forms of proof of residence include a driver’s license, utility bill, paycheck stub, bank statement, or residential lease.
